Beachfront Cabin – Effective Fall 2025
Nightly rates are based on 4 person occupancy during peak season, and double occupancy in the Off Season. Extra people are $25 per night.
NOTE: Advance Bookings for Peak Season are by the week only, from Friday to Friday. Pricing is subject to change annually in the Spring of the current year’s stay ( advance reservation does not constitute billing at the previous year’s pricing, unless it is pre-paid ). Long stay discounts are not offered during Peak Season. Nightly bookings are available inside of 2 weeks prior to arrival, providing there is availability. Stays shorter than 1 week are subject to a cleaning fee. Special Off season rates are available for temporary stays of 1 month or longer.
